Welcome to the Dane County Housing Authority’s MyHousing portal. This secure portal provides 24-hour web-based access to important information about DCHA’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Mainstream Voucher, and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs for both applicants and landlords & property managers.
Applicants to any of DCHA’s waiting lists can sign in to review the waiting lists they have applied to and make updates and changes to their application. Please note that this portal is for applicants who are currently on the waiting list. DCHA’s Section 8 waiting list is closed, so those not already on the waiting list cannot apply at this time.
Landlords & property managers can view real-time information about their monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP), payment holds and abatements, current and past tax forms, and scheduled & completed inspections. If you have not yet registered your account, you can get started by clicking Register and selecting the ‘landlord’ registration type to begin using the Landlord Portal in a few quick steps.
